• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without authorization.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Lida.

By posting content, you grant Lida a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

You may not post content that:

• Is illegal.
• Contains hate speech.
• Promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
• Contains child exploitation material.
• Contains pornography or explicit sexual content.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Encourages fraud or scams.
• Violates another person’s privacy.

Lida may remove such content without notice.

While Lida strives to promote a safe environment, we do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user.

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when communicating or meeting with others.

Lida is not responsible for interactions that occur outside the platform.

Identity verification may be offered to improve trust.

Verification does not guarantee that a user is honest, compatible, or safe.

Users should continue to exercise caution.

Users must follow the Lida Community Guidelines.

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

Your use of Lida is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All rights, titles, and interests in the Lida platform, including software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, and technology, remain the exclusive property of Lida or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

Certain features may require payment.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees.
• Authorize recurring billing where applicable.
• Comply with the payment provider’s terms.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the applicable app store or payment platform.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds.

Lida may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Threaten platform security.
• Harm other users.

We may remove accounts without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

Lida may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lida disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lida, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Where the law does not permit certain limitations, liability will be limited to the extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lida, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of another person’s rights.

Lida may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We may also introduce new features or remove existing features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated through the Services or other appropriate means.

Continued use of Lida after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified by Lida at the time of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts or dispute resolution forums designated by applicable law and any mandatory consumer protection requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lida regarding the Services.
